Disclaimers

In short: this is education about AI tools. It is not professional advice, it does not guarantee any result, and you are responsible for checking anything AI produces before you use it.
Education only, not professional advice
Everything in Future Shift, including lessons, prompts, field guides, job pages, tool listings, videos and community posts, is general educational information about using AI tools. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, insurance, engineering, safety, employment or any other professional advice, and using the hub does not create any professional relationship between you and us.
We are not your doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant or advisor. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional about your specific situation. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here or something an AI tool told you.
Licensed and regulated work
If you work in a licensed or regulated field, such as healthcare, mental health, law, finance, insurance, education, public safety or government, you are solely responsible for following the laws, licensing rules, professional ethics codes and employer policies that apply to you. That includes privacy laws like HIPAA and FERPA, confidentiality duties, record keeping rules and any rules your employer or licensing board has about AI. Nothing in the hub tells you that a particular use of AI is allowed in your job.
AI output can be wrong
AI tools make mistakes. They can state false information confidently, invent sources, citations, laws or numbers, miss important details, reflect bias, and produce content that infringes someone else's rights. You must independently review and verify every AI output before you rely on it, share it or act on it. You use AI tools and their outputs at your own risk.
No guarantees about jobs, income or results
We do not promise or guarantee that using the hub will protect your job, get you hired or promoted, raise your income, grow a business or produce any particular outcome. Statements about how AI is affecting a field, including our "AI impact" labels, are our general opinion based on public information at the time of writing. They are not predictions about any specific person, employer or job. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
Information about tools changes
AI tools change their features, prices, terms and availability constantly. Tool descriptions, setup steps and screenshots may be out of date the day after we publish them. Always check the tool's own website before you sign up, pay or rely on it. A tool appearing in the hub is not an endorsement or a recommendation that it fits your needs.
Building websites, apps and businesses
Lessons on coding, deploying, forms, email and payments are introductions, not complete security, legal or compliance guides. You are responsible for the security of anything you build, for protecting your API keys and customer data, and for following the laws that apply to your business, including privacy, consumer protection, email marketing, accessibility, sales tax and payment rules. Talk to a lawyer and an accountant before you sell anything.
If you are in crisis
AI chatbots are not a substitute for emergency or mental health care. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. In the US you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline any time.
Terms of use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and By Isaiah LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Future Shift (the "hub"). By using the hub you agree to these terms, the disclaimers above and the privacy policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the hub.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy a membership. If you are 13 to 17 you may only use the hub with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you. The hub is not meant for children under 13.
2. Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account. Memberships are for one person. Sharing your login or reselling access is not allowed.
3. Our content
The lessons, guides, prompts, videos, designs and code that make up the hub belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non transferable, revocable license to use them for your own learning and in your own work. You may copy and use prompts from the hub in your own work. You may not resell, republish, scrape, bulk download or redistribute hub content, or use it to build a competing product or train an AI model, without our written permission.
4. Your content
You own what you post in the community or send us. You give us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, display and use it to run and improve the hub. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you. You are responsible for what you post and promise you have the right to post it.
5. Third party tools
The hub teaches and links to tools made by other companies, including AI assistants, coding tools, hosting, form, email and payment services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, pricing, outages, data practices or what they do with information you give them. Your use of any third party tool is governed by that company's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Rules
You agree to follow the community guidelines below and not to use the hub, or anything you learn in it, to break the law, harm anyone, or violate the terms of the AI tools you use.
7. Ending access
You can stop using the hub at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the hub. Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends, including disclaimers, ownership, limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute terms, continue to apply.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The hub and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error free operation. We do not warrant that the hub is free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, By Isaiah LLC and its owners, employees, contractors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, employment, business or goodwill, arising out of or related to the hub, its content, any AI tool or AI output, or any third party service, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim related to the hub is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.
Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless By Isaiah LLC from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your use of the hub, anything you build or publish using what you learned, your use of AI tools or their outputs, your content, or your breaking these terms or the law.
11. Disputes
Please email us first. Most problems can be fixed fast that way, and you agree to try for at least 30 days before starting a formal claim.
If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer rules, instead of in court. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action or class arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing us within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where By Isaiah LLC is organized and by US federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, unless the law requires a longer period.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell members by email or in the hub before it takes effect. Continuing to use the hub after a change means you accept it.
13. The rest
If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms. These terms, together with the policies on this page, are the whole agreement between us about the hub.
Privacy policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
In short: we collect very little, an account is optional, we only count usage in anonymous totals, we never sell your information, and you can delete your account and its data at any time.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use a form, such as Request a field, we receive what you type: your job title, industry, notes and, if you choose to add it, your email.
- The launch waitlist, if you join it. We store your email, the job you type if you add one, where you found us (for example Instagram) and when you joined. We use it only to email you about the launch and your early access offer. We never sell it, and you can ask us to remove you at any time by replying to any email we send or writing to byisaiahgoodrich@gmail.com.
- Your account, if you make one. An account is optional and the hub works fully without one. If you create one, we store your email, your name if you choose to add it, and your password, which the sign in system saves only as a secure hash, never as the password itself. If you sign in with Google or Apple instead, we receive your name and email from them, not your password. If memberships are added later, we will also store your membership status. Payments would be handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Sign in cookies. When you sign in, we set a cookie that keeps you signed in, along with a record of the session that includes its start time, IP address and browser type, so we can keep your account secure. These cookies are only used for signing in, never for advertising or tracking. Signing out ends the session.
- Saved learning progress, if you sign in. When you are signed in, your lesson and course progress, checklists and career simulator saves are copied to your account so they can follow you to other devices. This is the only reason we store it.
- Basic technical logs. Our host, Vercel, automatically processes standard request information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- On your device. Your lesson progress and checklists are saved in your own browser's local storage, and the app saves a copy of its pages on your device so it works offline. If you are not signed in, this stays on your device. We cannot see it, and clearing your browser data removes it.
- Anonymous usage counts. To learn which jobs, lessons, prompts and tools are most useful, the hub counts events like "a job page was viewed", "a lesson was finished", "a prompt was copied" or "someone searched for welder". These are stored only as daily totals. We do not attach them to you, your account, your IP address or any identifier, we do not use cookies for this, and we cannot tell what any one person did. Once a day your browser also counts itself as one visitor, notes whether it is a phone or a computer, and notes the site that sent you, if any. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, none of this is counted.
We do not use advertising trackers, sell data or use third party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
What we do not want
Please do not send us, or post in the community, anyone's health information, client or patient details, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information.
How we use it
To run and improve the hub, keep you signed in and sync your progress if you have an account, answer you, decide what to build next, send emails you asked for, such as confirming your email or resetting your password, process memberships, keep the hub secure and follow the law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the hub, such as hosting, email, form and payment companies, under their own privacy and security terms, or when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
If you join an email list, every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe and our mailing address. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep it
Your account and saved progress are kept until you delete your account. Everything else is kept only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires, for example payment and tax records.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. When you do, we remove your account, your email and name, your password hash, your sign in sessions and the progress saved to it from our database right away, and the hub also clears the saved progress on that device. Routine backups held by our database provider roll off on their normal schedule. You do not need to email us, but you can if you would rather we do it for you.
Your choices and rights
You can delete your account and its data yourself from the account page. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to opt out of marketing, by emailing byisaiahgoodrich@gmail.com. You will hear back within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Children
The hub is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password for your account.
Community guidelines
Last updated October 9, 2026
The community works because people share real things from real jobs. Keep it safe and useful.
- Protect other people's privacy. Never post patient, client, student, employee or customer information, or screenshots that show it, even if you think it is anonymous.
- Protect your employer. Do not share confidential company information, internal documents or trade secrets.
- No professional advice to members. Share how you use AI, not diagnoses, legal opinions or investment tips. Point people to a licensed professional.
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, discrimination or personal attacks.
- No harmful uses of AI. No deepfakes or sexual content of real people, no impersonation, no scams, no malware, no help getting around safety systems, laws or other people's security.
- Respect creators. Only share content you have the right to share, and credit people.
- Disclose your interests. If you post a link you earn money from, or you work for the company you are recommending, say so.
- No spam and no selling in the community without our permission.
We may remove content or members that break these guidelines. Report anything concerning to byisaiahgoodrich@gmail.com.
Membership and refunds
Last updated October 9, 2026
Prices, what is included and the billing period are shown before you pay. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will remind you before an annual membership renews.
- Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- First purchase: if the hub is not for you, email us within 3 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- After that, payments are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires a refund.
- Price changes apply only to future billing periods, and we will tell you before they take effect.
Trademarks, affiliations and links
Last updated October 9, 2026
Future Shift is an independent educational product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, xAI, Perplexity, Higgsfield, Vercel, GitHub, Resend, Stripe, Wispr or any other company whose tools we mention. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and all other product names, logos and brands are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the tools we teach.
Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. We do not currently earn money from links in the hub. If we ever use affiliate or sponsored links, we will clearly label them.
Copyright claims
Last updated October 9, 2026
If you believe something in the hub infringes your copyright, email byisaiahgoodrich@gmail.com with: the work you believe is infringed, where it appears in the hub, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We will review it promptly and remove material that infringes.
Accessibility
Last updated October 9, 2026
We want the hub to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions or reduced motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. Animations respect your device's reduced motion setting, and videos will include captions.
If something is hard to use, email byisaiahgoodrich@gmail.com and tell us what you were trying to do. We will work on a fix and help you get the information another way in the meantime.
